How we work.
Enterprise clients ask, rightly, how their communications are produced, who stands behind them, and where technology sits in the process. This page is the answer we give before we are asked.
Human-led and human-executed
The work that carries a leader's name is led and executed by people. Strategy, editorial judgment, interviews, scripting decisions and every final sign-off sit with a senior practitioner. What a leader says originates with the leader: in their interview, their recording session, their own draft. We advise, shape and edit. We do not manufacture a voice.
Where technology fits
We apply AI carefully and where it demonstrably helps: research support, audience and stakeholder analysis, structuring background material, and the production infrastructure that keeps daily and weekly programmes reliable. It is a tool inside a governed process, applied judiciously and reviewed by people. It never authors a leader's words, and it never replaces editorial judgment.
Confidentiality and data
Material that is confidential to a client is processed on local systems or under contracts that prohibit training on client data. It is not put into consumer AI tools. Client material never appears in our marketing without explicit written permission, as set out in our terms.
Provenance and accountability
A named person stands behind every deliverable. We keep a record of the human process behind each piece: the interview or recording session, the edits, and the approval, and we can evidence that process on request. This is also the position European transparency rules now expect: under Article 50 of the EU AI Act, published text on matters of public interest needs a named, accountable human reviewer.
