Website use

You may access and read this site for personal, professional or research purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or republish content from this site beyond the limits of fair use without our written consent. Reverse-engineering, automated mass-access, or use that places undue load on our infrastructure is not permitted.

Engagements and proposals

Anything you read on this site, including pricing, scope descriptions and case studies, is for information only. It does not constitute a binding offer. A binding engagement exists only when both parties have signed a written agreement (or accepted a written proposal in writing) setting out scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment terms.

Published prices are starting points. Actual fees are confirmed in writing for each engagement. All prices exclude sales tax.

Confidentiality

Information shared by clients in the course of a discovery call, diagnostic, or engagement is treated as confidential. We do not use client material in our own marketing without explicit written permission.

Intellectual property

Work produced for a client during a paid engagement becomes the client's property on full settlement of fees, unless the engagement agreement states otherwise. Adventurous retains the right to reference completed engagements in case studies and marketing, subject to the confidentiality terms above.

Material on this site, including text, images, audio, video, code and design, remains the property of Adventurous Media GmbH or of the client whose work it represents.

Form submissions and data

When you submit a form on this site (for example, the case studies brochure request), your details are used to deliver the requested material and to respond to your enquiry. See our Privacy Policy for full details, including the data processors involved.

Liability

This site is published in good faith. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of its contents, and accept no liability for any loss arising from its use. External links are provided for convenience; the content of third-party sites is not our responsibility.

In the context of a paid engagement, our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees actually paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the engagement agreement. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version published on this page applies. If the change is material and relevant to an existing engagement, we will notify the affected client in writing.

Governing law

These terms and any agreements concluded with Adventurous are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Horgen, Switzerland.
