Corporate Podcast Production · Switzerland

Corporate podcast production.

Most enterprise podcast engagements begin with the same sentence: "We want to start a podcast." Julius Baer said it in 2021 and now publishes a daily market briefing. Nestlé said it in 2023 and now runs a leadership interview series. The work described on this page is what turns that first sentence into a programme that lasts.

A podcast succeeds or fails on decisions made before any recording.

Our corporate podcasts enjoy continued success because the foundations are laid before production begins. We draw on broad media experience to build highly engaging formats, and every engagement starts by defining the audience and the job the programme should do. Format and production follow from those decisions, in that order.

The first stage of our work is therefore a discovery conversation rather than a production quote. It covers what a podcast can and cannot do, what it realistically costs, and what it will demand of the executives involved. Clients decide from there with clear information, and where the honest conclusion is that a podcast is the wrong investment, that is the advice given.

Daily since 2021

Julius Baer's daily market briefing podcast, produced and published every trading day since 2021, alongside a weekly deep-dive series.

Board level

Nestlé's leadership interview series, produced as video podcasts with the chief executive and chairman among the guests.

Native English

Production, editorial and strategic support in native English, from a background in the UK's high-end media industry, domiciled in Switzerland.

STEP 01

Discovery

Audience, goals and constraints are mapped, and the medium is explained in plain terms. This stage establishes whether a podcast is the right answer at all.

STEP 02

Format design

Programme concept, editorial line, cadence, presenters and governance, designed for the organisation rather than copied from consumer podcasting.

STEP 03

Pilot

A complete episode produced to broadcast standard before any public commitment, with a recording date proposed in the first call, so stakeholders judge something real rather than a concept paper.

STEP 04

Production & measurement

Recording, editing, publishing and distribution on a schedule that holds, with reporting a leadership team can read.

A podcast is rarely the whole answer. It is usually the beginning of one.

Both client relationships named above began with a podcast and widened over time into executive positioning, thought leadership, internal leadership formats, and measurement of how leaders appear in AI-generated answers. That wider practice is leadership communications, and a podcast is often its most natural first step.

Production therefore carries strategy inside it: a programme built to sound excellent, and to serve a purpose that can be stated. The approach to AI-assisted workflows, confidentiality and sign-off is set out in how we work.

How much does a corporate podcast cost?

A piloted first episode, produced to broadcast standard, typically costs CHF 3,500 in audio and CHF 8,000 in video. Beyond the pilot, a single video podcast episode produced to enterprise standard starts at approximately CHF 4,000. For a recurring series the per-episode price falls considerably, and frequency brings more than a better rate: presenters, guests and production team improve with every episode, and the programme improves with them. Audiences also reward consistency; a listener who enjoys an episode wants the next one, and a programme without a reliable schedule loses them. A daily audio podcast series can be operated from about CHF 5,000 a month.

How long does it take to launch?

With decision-makers present, a piloted format is usually publishable within several weeks: discovery and format design first, then a recorded pilot before any public commitment. The slower path, in practice, is skipping discovery and redesigning the programme after launch.

Does a podcast have to be video?

Not always, and the answer follows from the goal. Audio remains the right choice for daily or weekly briefing formats, where the value is dense information delivered quickly, often on a commute, and where production logistics and cost strongly favour it. Where the goal is discovery, introducing leaders to a new audience, or traction for a limited-run series or a one-off, video can be highly effective. The choice is worked through during preproduction and format development, and both routes are fully supported: video production can be handled end to end, or delivered together with a client's in-house studio. The price difference is considerable, so the decision deserves to be made deliberately.

Internal or public?

Both models work and serve different goals. Public programmes build market position and client trust; internal programmes carry leadership communication inside the organisation and tend to outperform written channels. The choice follows from the audience that most needs to move, which is a discovery question rather than a production one.

We are new to podcasting. Is that a problem?

No. Nearly every enterprise client arrives in exactly that position. Engagements start with discovery: what the medium can and cannot do, what it costs, and what it demands of the people involved. The client remains the decision-maker throughout.

Can you get through our procurement, IT and compliance?

Adventurous has been onboarded as a supplier by leading multinationals: information-security review, procurement platforms, data-handling agreements, and recording inside restricted environments.

How do you measure success?

Against the goal the programme was built for: listener retention and completion for editorial quality, audience growth and geography for reach, and increasingly whether the programme's ideas surface when AI assistants are asked about the field. A dedicated practice helps companies ensure their leaders' voices are among the first to arrive in online searches and in answers from AI tools.

Start the conversation

The first conversation.

We help clients define their goals and then meet them, with measurement and reporting supplied throughout. A short call is usually enough to establish whether a podcast fits the goal, what it would cost, and what a sensible first step looks like. Where the honest answer is that a podcast is not the right investment, that is the answer given.
